Ingredients
- 1 lb. pinto beans
- 1 1/2 c. chopped ham
- 1 c. cooked bacon
- 1 1/2 c. cooked carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 4 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 stick Peyton's chorizo, cooked
Method
- Cook beans until done.
- Add all ingredients.
- Let simmer 1/2 hour, then add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add own hot sauce, if desired.
