- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 can small green beans
- 1 can wax beans
- 1 can green lima beans
- 1 purple onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 1 small green pepper, shredded
- 1 can pimentos
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Method
- Drain about half of liquid from beans.
- Combine vegetables. Make a marinade of remaining ingredients.
- Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
- Makes 12 servings.
