Ingredients

  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can small green beans
  • 1 can wax beans
  • 1 can green lima beans
  • 1 purple onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 1 small green pepper, shredded
  • 1 can pimentos
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Method

  • Drain about half of liquid from beans.
  • Combine vegetables. Make a marinade of remaining ingredients.
  • Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
  • Makes 12 servings.
