Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Brown hamburger, saute' garlic, onion and bell pepper.
- Simmer 5 min, add chili powder and salt.
- Add 1 can pinto beans, 1 can tomatoes, 3/4 c. dry rice. Pour into casserole dish, cover and bake 1 hr. at 350°.
- The last few minutes top with grated cheese.
