Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Grated lime peel
  • 1/3 c. Lime juice
  • 1/4 c. Tomato juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro Or possibly parsley
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Red pepper sauce
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped

Method

  • Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or possibly resealable plastic bag.
  • Add in up to 3 pounds chicken, pork or possibly beef, turning to coat with marinade.
  • Cover dish or possibly seal bag and chill, turning meat occasionally, at least 8 hrs but no longer than 24 hrs.
  • Remove meat from marinade; throw away marinade.
  • Grill meat as desired.
