Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless pork shoulder
- 1 env. onion soup mix
- 2 small onions, sliced, separated into rings
- 1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 8 sandwich buns, split
Method
- Place meat in slow cooker; top with soup mix, onions and barbecue sauce.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook on HIGH 4 to 6 hours (or on LOW 8 to 10 hours).
- Remove meat from slow cooker; chop or shred with fork.
- Return meat to slow cooker; stir to coat with sauce.
- Fill buns with meat mixture and Singles.
