- 3 lb Boneless lean pork, cut in 2" by 6" strips
- 1/4 c. Hoisin sauce, or possibly plum sauce
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. White wine
- 2 Tbsp. Catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Grated orange zest
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame paste
- 1 tsp Chopped ginger
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp 5 spice pwdr
- 4 dsh Red food coloring
Method
- Combine all ingredients, mix well, cover and refrigeratefor 4-24 hrs.
- Remove pork to a rack in a roasting pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
- Turn over and baste with remainder of marinade.
- Bake another 20 min or possibly till pork is done
