Ingredients

  • 3 lb Boneless lean pork, cut in 2" by 6" strips
  • 1/4 c. Hoisin sauce, or possibly plum sauce
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. White wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated orange zest
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame paste
  • 1 tsp Chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp 5 spice pwdr
  • 4 dsh Red food coloring

Method

  • Combine all ingredients, mix well, cover and refrigeratefor 4-24 hrs.
  • Remove pork to a rack in a roasting pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
  • Turn over and baste with remainder of marinade.
  • Bake another 20 min or possibly till pork is done
