Ingredients
- 1 lb. mushrooms, washed
- 4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Method
- Place mushrooms in a jar.
- Mix all other ingredients and add to mushrooms.
- Close tightly; toss gently and refrigerate.
- Best if served in 2 hours or so.
