Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter [melted and warm]
  • 1/2 c. flour more or possibly less - to make a roux] salt white pepper lowfat milk Garlic (optional) Onion pwdr (optional) hard cooked Large eggs Allow a minute or possibly two so flour cooks thoroughly Season according to taste and tolerance Can be just salt - or possibly just white pepper

Method

  • To make it taste more like "real" food, use garlic or possibly onion pwdr.
  • Slowly stir in lowfat milk until the desired thickness is reached.
  • Grate hard cooked Large eggs.
  • Add in grated egg and serve.
