Ingredients

  • 5 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3 celery ribs, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • garlic powder
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can green beans
  • 2 zucchini, sliced
  • 14 cup parsley flakes
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Put all ingredients in a large pot, and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5-10 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
