- 5 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- garlic powder
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can green beans
- 2 zucchini, sliced
- 14 cup parsley flakes
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- salt and pepper
Method
- Put all ingredients in a large pot, and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5-10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
