- 1 1/2 lb. Baby Back Pork Ribs
- 1 can beer
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 1 stalk of Celery, finely chopped
- 1 large Clove Garlic, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
Method
- 1. Before starting the sauce, place the ribs in a pot with water and pour in one beer.
- Bring to a boil and then simmer for one hour.
- This will make the meat tender.
