- 8 ounce. tender beef
Method
- Shred beef about 1 inch in length, mix with soy sauce, wine, oil, cornstarch, salt and soak for 1 hour.
- Clean green pepper, remove seeds and membrane, cut in halves and shred crosswise.
- Cut green onion and ginger into 1-inch lengths, shred, heat oil in pan, fry beef and stir briskly over high heat about 10 seconds, drain out.
- Heat another 3 Tbsp.
- oil in pan.
- Stir fry ginger and green onion, then add in shredded green pepper, salt, sugar and stir well.
- Add in beef, blend thoroughly and serve.
