Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. catsup
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
- 4 lb. pork loin ribs
Method
- Combine sauce ingredients in pan.
- Heat to boiling; reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
- Stir occasionally. Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper.
- Cook under grill or on barbecue until nearly done.
- Last 15 minutes, brush with the sauce.
- Or can marinate in sauce at least one hour before cooking.
