Ingredients

  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
  • 4 lb. pork loin ribs

Method

  • Combine sauce ingredients in pan.
  • Heat to boiling; reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
  • Stir occasionally. Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper.
  • Cook under grill or on barbecue until nearly done.
  • Last 15 minutes, brush with the sauce.
  • Or can marinate in sauce at least one hour before cooking.
