Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. pork chops
- 2 (8 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. rice (to your taste)
Method
- In skillet, brown pork chops and season to your taste.
- Drain well.
- In crock-pot on medium, add pork chops and soup.
- Cook until tender.
- Serve over rice.
