- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can tuna
- 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
Method
- Cook onion, pepper and celery in water.
- Mix tomato juice, sugar, vinegar sauce, mustard, salt and pepper together.
- Add to pan and bring to boil.
- Add flaked tuna.
- Simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid is boiled away.
