Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) can tuna
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato juice

Method

  • Cook onion, pepper and celery in water.
  • Mix tomato juice, sugar, vinegar sauce, mustard, salt and pepper together.
  • Add to pan and bring to boil.
  • Add flaked tuna.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid is boiled away.
