Ingredients
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. Blue cheese
- 1 onion (juice only)
- 1/8 c. parsley, dried
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Remove water from sour cream by letting it stand awhile.
- Add Blue cheese to sour cream and mash until cheese is dissolved.
- Add juice of 1 onion.
- Add parsley and salt.
- Store in refrigerator in covered jar.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups.
