- 1 large chopped onion
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 3 c. tomato juice
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 chopped garlic bud or salt
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 to 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Method
- Bring to boil; simmer 5 minutes.
- Use with 2 to 3 pounds meat; use half pork and half beef.
