Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 bottle ketchup
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 6 pork chops
Method
- Brown pork chops in oil and remove from pan.
- Add onion and brown.
- Add other ingredients.
- Cook, covered, approximately 15 minutes.
- Return chops and cook, covered, for about 1 hour. Serves 6.
