Ingredients
- 4 links Polish sausage
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. gingerale or possibly 7-Up
- 1 c. barbecue sauce
Method
- Cut the Polish sausage in small slices.
- Put in a pan on the top of the stove.
- Add in sugar, ale and barbecue sauce.
- Simmer for 3/4 hour or possibly till the juice starts to thicken.
- Be sure the meat is covered with the liquid.
- Add in more sauce if needed.
- Toothpick food!
