Ingredients
- 3oz butter(slightly softened)
- 3cups of cocoa powder(divided)
- 3 T honey(divided)
- 2 1/2oz portions of vanilla
- 3 1/ozcup portions of powdered sugar
- 1-2cups of milk
Method
- In large bowl, using a hand held electrical mixer, whisk together the butter,1 cup of cocoa, 1 T of honey, and 1/2oz vanilla. Add half a cup of milk or until very wet. Using whisk, beat the contents of the bowl until well combined. In intervals add cocoa, honey, vanilla, and powdered sugar add repeat. Should be near the consistence of loose pudding. Sprinkle in the last 1/2 oz of powdered sugar until the icing is sweet and tastes as if a little alcohol was added
