Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) canrefrigerated jumbo buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 12 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method

  • heat oven to 350 degrees and grease cupcake/ muffin pan.
  • seperate dough into 12 bisquits.
  • flatten dough into 5 inch circles.
  • press into bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin cup; set aside.
  • In a skillet brown ground beef.
  • drain grease.
  • In small bowl mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and chili powder; stire until smooth.
  • Add ketchup mixture to ground beef.
  • Divide meat mixture evenly between all 12 cups.
  • (about 1/4 cup for each).
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool 5 minutes in pan then let cool on cooling rack.
