Ingredients
- 400 grams Shrimp
- 4 stalks Asparagus
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Ketchup
- 1 dash Salt, pepper, lemon juice
- 1 tbsp 4 minute condensed milk made in the microwave
Method
- Peel the shrimps, cut open the backs widely and remove the veins.
- Season with salt, pepper and sake.
- Place all the mayonnaise sauce ingredients in a bowl and them.
- Steam the asparagus in the microwave and set aside.
- Dust the dried shrimp lightly with katakuriko and fry until crisp.
- Drizzle the mayonnaise sauce and the dish is done.
