Ingredients

  • 400 grams Shrimp
  • 4 stalks Asparagus
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Ketchup
  • 1 dash Salt, pepper, lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp 4 minute condensed milk made in the microwave

Method

  • Peel the shrimps, cut open the backs widely and remove the veins.
  • Season with salt, pepper and sake.
  • Place all the mayonnaise sauce ingredients in a bowl and them.
  • Steam the asparagus in the microwave and set aside.
  • Dust the dried shrimp lightly with katakuriko and fry until crisp.
  • Drizzle the mayonnaise sauce and the dish is done.
