Ingredients
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 or 2 c. cracker crumbs or enough to make beef stick together
- 28 oz. bottle catsup
- 1 (10 oz.) grape jelly
- cooking oil
Method
- Mix ground beef, onion soup, beaten eggs and cracker crumbs together and form into 1-inch balls.
- Brown meatballs in cooking oil.
- Remove from skillet and hold.
