Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 qt. green beans, fresh or canned, drained
- 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
Method
- Cook
- bacon in a heavy iron skillet until crisp.
- Drain on paper
- towel.
- Cook
- onion and
- garlic in remaining bacon drippings
- until tender.
- Combine all ingredients in a lightly greased crock-pot. Cook

- low
- for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
