Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) can pork and beans
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except bacon, in a quart casserole. Mix well.
- Place bacon pieces on top.
- Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
