Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 firm bananas
- 1/3 c. brandy
- vanilla ice cream
Method
- In a chafing dish or saucepan, melt butter and sugar with cinnamon; cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
- Into a chafing dish, cut bananas diagonally into 1/2-inch slices.
- Heat through, carefully turning slices to coat.
