- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
Method
- In large skillet, crumble meat and saute onion and garlic. Drain off excess fat.
- In slow cooking pot crumble browned meat, onion and garlic with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low heat 6 to 8 hours.
