Ingredients
- head of cabbage
- "Morningstar Farms" veggie crumbles
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cut large leaves from a head of cabbage (place in hot water) to blanch leaves.
- Combine the rest of the following ingredients together.
- Mix well and form into rolls; wrap with cabbage leaf. Secure with a toothpick.
- Place rolls in pan and add tomato sauce. Cook in a 350° oven for an hour or until tender.
