- 6 bananas
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 sticks margarine
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 2 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1 small pkg. pecans
- 2 eggs
- 1 small bottle maraschino cherries
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
Method
- Mix one stick margarine and graham cracker crumbs.
- Then press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Beat eggs, remaining margarine and sugar for 15 minutes with mixer.
- Spread mixture over cracker crumbs and put sliced bananas on top.
- Spread pineapple over bananas and cover with Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle nuts and arrange cherries on top.
- Refrigerate overnight.
