Ingredients

  • 6 bananas
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 2 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 small pkg. pecans
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small bottle maraschino cherries
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar

Method

  • Mix one stick margarine and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Then press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  • Beat eggs, remaining margarine and sugar for 15 minutes with mixer.
  • Spread mixture over cracker crumbs and put sliced bananas on top.
  • Spread pineapple over bananas and cover with Cool Whip.
  • Sprinkle nuts and arrange cherries on top.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
