Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 can (large) crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 medium bananas
  • 1 large Cool Whip

Method

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick oleo (melted).
  • Use a 10 x 3-inch pan.
  • Press into crust and cool.
  • Beat powdered sugar, eggs and 1 stick oleo for 15 minutes.
  • Spread over graham cracker crumbs.
  • Slice bananas on top of mix.
  • Spread crushed pineapple (not necessary to drain pineapple) over bananas.
  • Top with Cool Whip.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Can be topped with cherries and/or nuts.
