Ingredients
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 can (large) crushed pineapple
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 medium bananas
- 1 large Cool Whip
Method
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick oleo (melted).
- Use a 10 x 3-inch pan.
- Press into crust and cool.
- Beat powdered sugar, eggs and 1 stick oleo for 15 minutes.
- Spread over graham cracker crumbs.
- Slice bananas on top of mix.
- Spread crushed pineapple (not necessary to drain pineapple) over bananas.
- Top with Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Can be topped with cherries and/or nuts.
