Ingredients

  • Banana Bread:

  • Streusel Topping:
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup uncooked regular oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Method

  • Banana Bread:
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Whisk together flour, sugar, and milk.
  • Whisk in butter.
  • Pour into a lightly greased 11x7 baking dish.
  • Top with banana slices.
  • Streusel Topping:
  • Stir together sugar, flour, and butter until crumbly, using fork.
  • Stir in oats and pecans.
  • Sprinkle over banana bread.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
