Ingredients

  • 1# favorite pasta tubular cooked.
  • 2 medium tomatoes red
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of olives pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup feta chesse crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chopped basil fresh
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups SK Sun dried tomato oil or extra virgin olive oil

Method

  • In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, olives, feat and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Add grated Parmesan cheese and toss gently to coat.
  • Toss with warm or room temperature cooked pasta and serve.
