Ingredients
- 34 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons shallots, minced
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 12 teaspoons fresh oregano, minced or 12 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Shake all ingredients together in a container with a tight lid.
