Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 cups Butter, Melted
  • 1-1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cups Butterscotch Chips

Method

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare an 8-inch pan or line with foil.
  • Cream brown sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Add in vanilla and melted butter, mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and incorporate with a spatula. Stir in white chocolate and butterscotch chips by hand. Do not overmix.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for about 25-28 minutes. The top will be dry. Cool completely before cutting.
