Ingredients
- 3/4 c. dried apricots
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
Method
- Cover apricots with water and boil 10 minutes.
- Drain and cut up.
- Blend next 3 ingredients as for pie crust (cut in butter) and pack into a greased 9-inch square pan.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until edges are brown.
