Ingredients
- 2 lb button mushrooms, cleaned
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Place a grill basket on the barbecue and heat on high for 15 min with the lid closed.
- Toss all of the ingredients into a large bowl and toss to coat.
- Place the mushrooms directly into the warm grill basket.
- Toss and turn the mushrooms every 2 min till they are golden and proportionately cooked.
