Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. ziti
  • 16 oz. Lamagna Ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz. Lamagna shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Grease a large casserole dish.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente.
  • Mix Ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic and pepper.
  • Add cooked ziti to Ricotta cheese mixture; pour into a casserole dish and top with remaining Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake 25 to 35 minutes.
