Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. ziti
- 16 oz. Lamagna Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. Lamagna shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- black pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease a large casserole dish.
- Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente.
- Mix Ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic and pepper.
- Add cooked ziti to Ricotta cheese mixture; pour into a casserole dish and top with remaining Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 25 to 35 minutes.
