Ingredients

  • 1 whole Onion, Sliced
  • 4 whole Tilapia Fillets, Defrosted If Frozen
  • Olive Oil
  • Oregano, to taste
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 2 whole Tomatoes, Sliced

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Place onion slices in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • Rub a small amount of olive oil all over the tilapia.
  • Place on the baking sheet on top of the onions.
  • Season to taste with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Top with sliced tomatoes.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when pierced with a fork.
  • Serve with rice.
