Ingredients
- 1 whole Onion, Sliced
- 4 whole Tilapia Fillets, Defrosted If Frozen
- Olive Oil
- Oregano, to taste
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 whole Tomatoes, Sliced
Method
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Place onion slices in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Rub a small amount of olive oil all over the tilapia.
- Place on the baking sheet on top of the onions.
- Season to taste with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Top with sliced tomatoes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when pierced with a fork.
- Serve with rice.
