Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cups All Purpose White Flour
  • 1- 1/4 cup White Wine
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Method

  • Mix together the Swiss and cheddar cheese in a bowl.
  • Add flour and toss lightly to coat cheese.
  • Heat wine in a medium sauce pan or fondue pot until simmering.
  • Reduce heat and add cheese gradually, continuing to stir as you add.
  • Keep stirring until cheese is smooth.
  • Stir in garlic powder.
  • Dip bread cubes, apples or even some broccoli into the melted mixture.
