Ingredients
- 2 cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cups All Purpose White Flour
- 1- 1/4 cup White Wine
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Method
- Mix together the Swiss and cheddar cheese in a bowl.
- Add flour and toss lightly to coat cheese.
- Heat wine in a medium sauce pan or fondue pot until simmering.
- Reduce heat and add cheese gradually, continuing to stir as you add.
- Keep stirring until cheese is smooth.
- Stir in garlic powder.
- Dip bread cubes, apples or even some broccoli into the melted mixture.
