Ingredients
- 2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1 c. Cheez-Its, crushed
Method
- Drain pineapple.
- Reserve liquid.
- Mix sugar, flour and 1/3 cup of reserved juice.
- Add cheese and pineapple and mix well. Pour in greased casserole dish.
- Mix Cheez-Its with melted margarine; sprinkle on top of pineapple mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
