Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 each sweet onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 14 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 each chopped green onions
  • 3 cup shredded cheese

Method

  • Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.
  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef.
  • Drain.
  • Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and spaghetti sauce.
  • Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 min.
  • In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until blended.
  • Stir in green onions.
  • In a greased 11 x 7 baking dish, layer spaghetti, cream cheese mixture, and beef.
  • When close to full, top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake, covered with foil, for 20-25 min at 350.
  • Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes.
