- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 each sweet onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 14 oz spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 each chopped green onions
- 3 cup shredded cheese
Method
- Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef.
- Drain.
- Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and spaghetti sauce.
- Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 min.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until blended.
- Stir in green onions.
- In a greased 11 x 7 baking dish, layer spaghetti, cream cheese mixture, and beef.
- When close to full, top with shredded cheese.
- Bake, covered with foil, for 20-25 min at 350.
- Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes.
