- 1 pkg. long extra thin spaghetti
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 small can tomatoes
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce with mushrooms
- 1 can ripe olives, chopped
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
Method
- Brown meat with onions.
- Drain fat.
- Cook spaghetti as directed.
- Combine spaghetti and all other ingredients except 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and sliced Mozzarella.
- Mix ingredients thoroughly and spread remaining cheese on top.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
