Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained and chopped
- 1 Tbsp. snipped chives
- 1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- paprika
- unsalted crackers or Melba toast
Method
- Blend cheese and sherry; stir in shrimp, chives and horseradish.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Spread in 8-inch pie plate or flan pan.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Spread hot mixture on crackers.
- Makes 2 cups.
