Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 envelope taco mix
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
  • 1/4 c. ripe olives
  • 2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

Method

  • Place in casserole dish.
  • Peel, pit and mash avocado; mix well with lemon, salt and pepper.
  • Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix.
  • Spread dip in bottom of casserole, then avocado mix, then sour cream mix.
  • Then layer in order the onions, tomatoes and olives.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Serve with chips.
