- 2 medium avocados
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 envelope taco mix
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
- 1/4 c. ripe olives
- 2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
Method
- Place in casserole dish.
- Peel, pit and mash avocado; mix well with lemon, salt and pepper.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix.
- Spread dip in bottom of casserole, then avocado mix, then sour cream mix.
- Then layer in order the onions, tomatoes and olives.
- Top with cheese.
- Serve with chips.
