Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 English muffins, broken into crumbs
- 1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
- lemon juice to taste
- 1 lb. scallops
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add crumbs and garlic. Brown lightly. Stir in parsley.
- Put 1/2 of this mixture into bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan. Pour lemon juice over crumbs.
- Add scallops and spread rest of mixed crumbs on top of scallops.
- Dot with butter.
