Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
  • milk
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 Tabasco sauce

Method

  • Drain and flake salmon.
  • Add enough milk to salmon liquid to make 1/2 cup.
  • Add salmon and remaining ingredients; mix well. Place in greased custard cups.
  • Bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes. Serve with sauce, made by adding 1 cup milk to condensed mushroom soup.
