Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- milk
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 Tabasco sauce
Method
- Drain and flake salmon.
- Add enough milk to salmon liquid to make 1/2 cup.
- Add salmon and remaining ingredients; mix well. Place in greased custard cups.
- Bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes. Serve with sauce, made by adding 1 cup milk to condensed mushroom soup.
