Ingredients
- 1 cube soft butter or margarine
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Cream all together and serve at room temperature.
- Spoon onto the hot baked potatoes.
- Store leftover topping in refrigerator. Is also a delicious topping on broccoli, green beans or asparagus.
