Ingredients

  • 1-2/3 cups OSCAR MAYER Bacon, coarsely chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
  • 1-2/3 cups green onions, chopped
  • 1-2/3 cups flour
  • 1-2/3 Tbsp. fresh dill
  • 1-1/4 gal. milk
  • 3 qt. leftover baked potatoes, skinned, chopped Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 3 qt. VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, Loaf, cubed

Method

  • Cook bacon in large stockpot on medium-high heat until crisp, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain, reserving bacon in pot.
  • Stir in onions; cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Add flour and dill; mix well.
  • Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended; cook until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Add potatoes and VELVEETA; stir.
  • Reduce heat to medium.
  • Cook until soup is heated through and VEVEETA is completely melted, stirring occasionally.
