- 1-2/3 cups OSCAR MAYER Bacon, coarsely chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1-2/3 cups green onions, chopped
- 1-2/3 cups flour
- 1-2/3 Tbsp. fresh dill
- 1-1/4 gal. milk
- 3 qt. leftover baked potatoes, skinned, chopped Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 3 qt. VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, Loaf, cubed
Method
- Cook bacon in large stockpot on medium-high heat until crisp, stirring occasionally.
- Drain, reserving bacon in pot.
- Stir in onions; cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add flour and dill; mix well.
- Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended; cook until thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Add potatoes and VELVEETA; stir.
- Reduce heat to medium.
- Cook until soup is heated through and VEVEETA is completely melted, stirring occasionally.
