Ingredients
- 1 can Butter Me Not biscuits (10)
- 1 (32 oz.) jar natural applesauce
- cinnamon
- sugar
- butter flavored Crisco
Method
- Get a pastry sheet and flour.
- Open canned biscuits and take out 1 biscuit.
- Place on pastry sheet and roll out with rolling pin into a 6-inch circle.
- Place 2 tablespoons applesauce on biscuit.
- Place 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sugar and cinnamon on applesauce.
- Fold over and use a fork to press edges together. Heat iron skillet on medium with 2 tablespoons butter flavored Crisco.
- When hot, place pie in skillet until browned on both sides.
