Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 egg
- 2 c. corn flakes
- salt
- butter
- small amount milk
Method
- Combine egg and milk into a bowl large enough for dipping chops into.
- Dip each chop into the mixture, then roll in the corn flakes.
- Place chops on a semi-flat baking pan and salt to taste. Place a pat of butter on each chop and bake at 350° for about 1 1/2 hours, turning once.
- Less baking time is needed for thinner chops.
