Ingredients
- pork chops (as many as you want)
- 1 beaten egg
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing, crushed (approximately 1 c. for 4 chops)
Method
- Dip pork chops in egg on both sides, then dip in crushed stuffing.
- Brown on both sides in frying pan.
- Use deep casserole dish.
- Put a little water in bottom of dish; stack chops up on end.
- Do not lay them down on bottom of dish.
- Cover; bake for 1 hour.
